Will Cartwell match my theme?
Yes. Start from a preset, then fine-tune colors, fonts, position and width. On Premium you can add your own custom CSS for pixel-perfect control.
Do I need to edit any code?
No. Cartwell installs as a theme app embed — enable it in the theme editor and the drawer works instantly. Everything else is configured from the app.
How do free gifts work?
Set a cart goal and choose a product. When a cart qualifies, the gift is added automatically at no charge using an automatic discount in your store.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from the Billing page — features adjust to your plan immediately, and billing is handled through Shopify.
